On Saturday, Aug 29, 2009, we will travel to Tallahassee, FL to run the trails at
McClay State Park.  This is a practice run, not a meet.  Parents are not expected
to come to a practice run.   After the run, we will eat lunch in Tallahassee & then
go to Wakulla Springs to swim.  This is a fun trip & a chance to get in a practice
run in a different place.

The bus will leave 8th St Sat morning around 7:00am & return somewhere around
5:00 or 6:00pm. 

Please bring your swim suit, towel, sunscreen, & enough money for lunch.  Cross
Country will pay your way in to the springs to swim.  If you have any questions,
