We will leave 8th Street at 7:30 am Saturday morning & travel to Macon. The
meet will be at the Georgia Children’s Home. This is a big meet with a lot of
teams. Only the top 10 runners can run in the meet. The others can go &
support the team but can’t run. There is a collegiate race before the high
school races. The directions are at the bottom of this sheet.
Varsity Girls race (3.1 miles) – 10:50 a.m.
Varsity Boys race (3.1 miles) – 11:55 a.m.
Every runner must ride the bus over there but can leave after the meet is over
with their parents if everything is cleaned up & carried back to the bus. Let us
coaches know if you are leaving with your parents. The bus will arrive back at
8th Street around 3:00 or so. Kids riding the bus need to bring money for lunch. We
will stop on the way back to eat.

- Take I-75 N (93.5 miles)
- Merge onto I-475 N to Atlanta (5.5 miles)
- Take Exit 5 toward Macon & merge onto GA-74/Mercer Univ Dr (1.4 miles)
- Turn left at Log Cabin Dr (0.9 miles)
- Turn left at Hollingsworth Rd (0.9 miles)
- Turn left at Mumford Rd (1 mile)
